Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Yet Technologies S.à r.l. ("Yet Technologies", "we", "our", or "us"), registered in Luxembourg. By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services

We provide professional web development services including:

  • Website design and development
  • Web application development
  • Mobile app development
  • E-commerce solutions
  • Hosting and maintenance
  • AI integration services

3. Pricing and Payment

Transparent Pricing

Our base price for website development starts at €3,499. All prices are listed publicly on our website. Additional features and plugins are priced individually with no hidden fees.

Payment Terms

  • Deposit: 50% of the total project cost is due upon contract signing
  • Final Payment: Remaining 50% is due upon project completion, before launch
  • Payment Methods: Bank transfer, credit card (via Stripe)
  • Currency: All prices are in Euros (EUR)

Hosting

Annual hosting fees are billed separately and are due at the start of each hosting period. Hosting services can be cancelled with 30 days notice before the renewal date.

4. Project Timeline

Typical project timelines are estimates based on standard scope. Actual delivery depends on:

  • Project complexity and requirements
  • Timely provision of content and materials by the client
  • Feedback turnaround times
  • Number of revision rounds

We commit to keeping you informed of progress and any potential delays.

5. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide all necessary content, images, and materials in a timely manner
  • Provide clear and complete requirements at project start
  • Respond to requests for feedback within 5 business days
  • Ensure you have rights to all content you provide
  • Make payments according to agreed terms

6. Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain all rights to content you provide (text, images, logos). You grant us a license to use this content solely for completing your project.

Our Work

Upon full payment, you receive ownership of the custom code and designs we create specifically for your project. We retain the right to use non-confidential aspects of the work in our portfolio.

Third-Party Components

Projects may include third-party libraries, plugins, or assets. These remain subject to their respective licenses.

7. Revisions and Changes

Our standard packages include a defined number of revision rounds. Additional revisions or significant scope changes may incur additional charges, which will be communicated and agreed upon in advance.

8. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential. We will not share your business information, strategies, or unpublished content with third parties except as necessary to complete the project.

9. Warranties and Liability

Our Warranty

We warrant that our work will be performed professionally and in accordance with industry standards. We provide a 30-day warranty period after launch to fix any bugs or issues in our deliverables.

Limitation of Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement:

  • By mutual written agreement
  • If the other party breaches these Terms and fails to remedy within 14 days of notice
  • If the other party becomes insolvent

Upon termination, you pay for all work completed to date. We will provide all completed deliverables and your content.

11. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, strikes, or government actions.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Luxembourg.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Existing contracts will continue under the Terms in effect at the time of signing. New projects will be subject to the current Terms.
